VIVAnews - Black Cat Jazz Supper Club is the first full time, full on live Jazz club. It is an intimate, up-market 300 square meter jazz club and restaurant, featuring live jazz bands and piano music.

On Sunday, 25 January 2009, Black Cat and the Embassy of Brazil are hosting an event: "A Tribute to Antonio Carlos Jobim" (1927-1994).

Jobin was a Grammy Award-winning Brazilian songwriter, composer, arranger, singer, and pianist/guitarist. A primary force behind the creation of the bossa nova style, Jobim is acknowledged as one of the most influential popular composers of the 20th century. His songs have been performed by many singers and instrumentalists within Brazil and internationally.
