VIVAnews - Ministry of State-owned Enterprises (SOEs) recorded that state bank PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk (BRI) has better profit and assets in the first quarter of 2009 compared to all assets belonging to state banks.
"Among all state banks, BRI has better profit and assets," said Banking and Financial Service Deputy at the Ministry of SOEs, Parikesit Suprapto, on Wednesday, April 29.
Meanwhile, state banks' non-performing loans (NPL) are deemed quite excellent, as they are still under five percent.
