VIVAnews - South Jakarta District Court cancelled the first court hearing for 10 terrorist suspected of being involved in the 'Palembang Cell,' which was scheduled to take place today.
The confirmation was delivered by suspects' lawyer Ashludin Hatjani through a phone call on Monday, Jan 5. "The prosecution has not prepared the indictment," said Hatjani.
The hearing is postponed until for an indefinite period of time.
Four files of indictment were prepared against 10 suspects, which will be supervised by different board of judges.
Suspects M Hasan aka Fajar, Ali Masyhudi aka Zuber and Wahyudi aka Piyo will be brought before the court with Haswandi as Chairperson of the panel of judges, and Achmad Shalihin and Artha Theresia as the other two members.
The second case involving suspects Ani Sugandi aka Abdullah Hujair and Sukarso Abdillah aka Abdul Rohman will be tried in front of a panel of judges with Suharto as chairperson and Syamsudin and Aswan Curcahyu as the other two members.
The third case is against suspect Sugiarto aka Sugi Cheng aka Raja, Agustiawarman aka Bukhori aka Junaedi, Heri Purwanto aka Abu. Aswan Nurcahyo will preside the panel of judges with Syamsudin and Suharto as the other members.
The last case deals with Abdurrahman Taib aka Musa aka Khosim aka Ivan and Ki Agus Muhammad Toni. They will be brought before the court led by Syamsudin as chairperson of the panel of judges, and Suharto and Aswan Nurcahyo as the other two members.
