VIVAnews - Century Bank costumers are threatening to tackle the bank's transaction activity. This time, it is directed to certain branch offices.
The Century Bank costumers coordinator Siput told VIVAnews through a text message on Wednesday, April 22, that they are going to learn from a case in Surabaya which succeeded in tackling one of the branch offices after a customer ran amok in the bank when learning that her Rp 67 billion was still withheld in the bank.
"We learn from Surabaya. And we are proposing that as of today, our target is tackling several branch offices," as said by Siput.
The targeted branch offices are Medan branch, Jambi, Palembang, Tanah Abang-Jakarta, Kelapa Gading- Jakarta, Sriwijaya-Jakarta, Yogyakarta, Solo, Denpasar and Makassar. Siput explained that the costumers must take a copy of their bills to the locket and line up the operational locket or cashier.
"Before [they] pay, they can't serve other costumers. If there are other costumers, we will tell them that Century has no money, nearing bankruptcy, and cannot pay [the customers] as we show our bills," he said.
