He said the investors welcomed Bumi's measure in acquiring three companies including PT Fajar Bumi Sakti, PT Darma Henwa Tbk (DEWA), and PT Pendopo Energi Batubara. "They said the acquisition can increase Bumi's market share in coal mining sector," added Srivastava.

The senior vice president also expected that the meeting will affect the company's shares on the capital market. "In fact, Bumi's strategic goal is to meet stock holders and investors," he said.

During the CLSA meeting, he said investors considered PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk's effort in restructuring the company's debts without being intervened in by the government or tax officials was an excellent decision. "They also accepted the portfolio rationalization with Northstar Pacific Partners Ltd.," said Srivastava.
