Courts Indonesia Seeking New Investors

VIVAnews - PT Courts Indonesia Tbk, is seeking new investors interested in the company's shares. The effort is aimed at increasing the percentage of public share ownership.

"There are several interested investors," said Corporate Secretary of Courts Indonesia Reinhard Simanjuntak in a corporate written statement which was publicised by the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in Jakarta on Wednesday, April 22.

The company has drawn the plan to Courts Mammoth Sdn Bhd, owner of 94.98 percent shares of Court Indonesia. Courts Mammoth Sdn Bhd is still learning the possibility to sell some of their stocks.

The shares can later be released to any interested investors or through public offering.

Courts Indonesia operates in retail and wholesale trading. The company listed their shares at the IDX on July 17, 2002.

Other stock holders in the company based on the information at IDX's Webpage include PT Matahari Putra Prima Tbk (4,99 percent), the employees (0.02 percent), and the public (0.0001 percent).
