VIVAnews - Megapolitan Group is trying to construct a horizontal housing as well as apartments. The housing will complete the super-block area of Cimandala City in Bogor, West Java.
Director of Operation of Megapolitan Group, Abraham S, said that there will be 100 units of horizontal housing. The construction will be started when the construction of commercial area is finished. The apartment block will also be constructed in a 17-hectare area in Cimandala City.
Abraham said that the company owns its land-plots.
"The construction will be focused after the commercial area consisting of shopping arcade and center are completed in mid 2010," he said during a press conference in Jakarta on Monday, April 27.
The housing will implement a green building concept and minimize the use of energy. The comparison between houses and environment reaches 60:40 and it has a lot of open spaces. "The construction of the housing and other properties will have minimal impact toward the environment,," he said.
