VIVAnews - Despite the low demand on apartment in general, exclusive property has yet to deal with obstacles for its market absorbability. Exclusive promotions through words of mouth to partners and relatives proved effective for boosting the sale.
"The sale is easy because we have limited and exclusive clients," said President Director of PT Asiana Lintas Cipta (A/L) Loemongga Haomasan at Nirvana Residence Jakarta on Thursday, April 23.
He said that the promotion held among special community and costumers is the A/L's strategy business which has been implemented in several exclusive apartments and housing projects in various areas.
PT A/L has launched seven exclusive housing projects and is working on ten other projects at Menteng, Kemang (Jakarta), Bali and Bandung (West Java).
