VIVAnews - PT Lautan Luas Tbk (LTLS) is reported to make stock split to increase its liquidity in the market.
"In addition to the stock-split, the issuer is also planning to share dividends," an anonymous source told VIVAnews in Jakarta, last week.
"Information has it that [the company's] share price will be raised to Rp 1,500-2,000 in the first place," said the source.
Lautan Luas Corporate Secretary, Bambang Sugeng, said as confirmed that the dividend payout plan will be discussed in the coming general meeting of shareholders.
Per March 31, PT Caturkarsa Megatunggal owned LTLS-coded shares by 63.04 percent.
On Friday trade, May 1, LTLS gained Rp 20 (2.56 percent) at Rp 800.
In 2008, Lautan Luas recorded increase in its income by 64.4 percent.
