VIVAnews - PT Bank Permata Tbk (BNLI)'s general meeting of shareholders decided to share no dividends. The 2008 company's net profit will be utilized as retained earnings to support its capital structure.
The general meeting, which was held on April 30, accepted the resignation of the bank's director Effendi Ibnoe and appointed Indri K Hidayat as the new director.
In addition, the general meeting fully authorized the bank to set salaries and facilities provided to directors based on the recommendation from the board of commissioners.
The general meeting also assigned a public accountant office to audit the 2009 company's books and revised the company's articles of association based on Bapepam-LK regulation No.IX.J.1.
