VIVAnews - Finance Minister Sri Mulyani Indrawati acknowledged that the Supreme Audit Agency's finding over oil and mining income issues remain unchanged compared to the financial report in 2007.
"As a state treasurer, I cannot revise the issues due to the signed contract," said Mulyani on Monday, April 20.
The Supreme Audit Agency's finding claimed that the share owner's liability settlement and geothermal business income are not through the State Budget mechanism and remains the same compared to last year.
Main State Auditor II of the Supreme Audit Agency, Syafri Adnan Baharuddin, revealed that the verifying procedures of the value added tax reimbursement over geothermal do not refer to the value-added tax restitution procedures.
Mulyani said that the finding will help the Department of Finance see the audited result that can be revised.
