VIVAnews - PT Humpuss Sea Transport may set out dual listing at the Stock Exchange of Singapore (SES) and the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Humpuss Sea's holding PT Humpuss Intermoda Transportasi Tbk had consulted with the IDX concerning the plan.
President Director of Humpuss Intermoda Transportasi, Antonius W Sumarlin said the company's subsidiaries have contributed quite a large income to the holding causing the company to be imposed chain listing regulation.
"Therefore, the stock authorities ask us to list in Indonesia," he said on Tuesday, April 21.
Director of Finance of Humpuss Sea Transport Hari Prastono Soeroso went on to say that the company is hoping that it can be listed at the SES.
The initial public offering may have been realized by 2010.
